Tudi’s vision is to give Millennials the same opportunity to participate in the great Australian dream like all other generations before them – property ownership.
Tudi’s proposed web platform combines automated savings and fractional property investment. The saving model will allow Millennials to round-up the spare change from their everyday purchases and save this automatically in their TUDI’s account. It incentivises something Millennials are great at, spending. Savings will then be invested in real estate, through a fractional property investment model that will provide significantly higher than market returns.
A core element to our solution is an investment process combining a predictive algorithm and qualitative analysis capable of identifying suburbs that will outperform the market, as well as, pick the best time to sell to maximise return.
